Chicken Avo Sandwich
Ingredients
2x Multigrain sandwich slices
avocado, ripe
leftover cooked chicken or salmon
Preparation
slice off crust from bread slices
crush/cut chicken into tiny pieces
Procedure
with a knife, scrape thin avocado slices and “butter” the bread on both sides
fill one side with moderate amount of chicken or salmon
close and slightly press the sandwich
cut sandwich into 3 parts and store in container
Serving recommendation
bring in container to park or have sitting in the car before leaving from daycare
