Crunchy Chicken

Ingredients

Preparation \

  1. Thaw chicken schnitzel from fridge. Either 7min defrost in microwave or put to fridge overnight.

Procedure

  1. Preheat large frying pan on medium heat with a small amount of olive oil
  2. add chicken schnitzel
  3. lower heat to low
  4. fry 5 minutes each side
  5. color should be nice golden, not black/burnt
  6. once finished, set aside to cool for 5 minutes, cut into long stripes
  7. serve with rice of pasta
