Set frying pan to high heat
Add moderately lot of oil
Fry all garlic first
2 minutes later, add all ed onion
1 minute later, add all shrimp paste
1 minute later, add all chilies
1 minute later, add all tomatoes
next 3 minutes, let simmer on high heat and mix occasionally
pour pan content into large bowl and back to pan through stainer to filter out oil
cover bowl with plastic bag to mitigate chili fumes and projections
mix with blender ~20 to 30 times in bursts
pour bowl content back into frying pan on 6/6 heat
mix gently, cover with mesh to avoid projections
3 minutes later, reduce heat
keep on fire, stirring occasionally until a nice red color develops
~12 minutes later, taste and add salt if necessary
