Ingredients

• beef rib rack (drovers from Coles)
• bbq dry rub (salt pepper paprika brownsugar onionpowder garlicpowder chillipowder)
• bbq rib sauce (coles)

Preparation

1. clean ribs under water - rub
2. remove excess fat and skin filament from ribs
3. marinade ribs overnight with dry rub
