Chicken Avo Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2x Multigrain sandwich slices
  • avocado, ripe
  • leftover cooked chicken or salmon

Preparation

  1. slice off crust from bread slices
  2. crush/cut chicken into tiny pieces

Procedure

  1. with a knife, scrape thin avocado slices and “butter” the bread on both sides
  2. fill one side with moderate amount of chicken or salmon
  3. close and slightly press the sandwich
  4. cut sandwich into 3 parts and store in container

Serving recommendation

  • bring in container to park or have sitting in the car before leaving from daycare
