Chicken Avo Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2x Multigrain sandwich slices
- avocado, ripe
- leftover cooked chicken or salmon
Preparation
- slice off crust from bread slices
- crush/cut chicken into tiny pieces
Procedure
- with a knife, scrape thin avocado slices and “butter” the bread on both sides
- fill one side with moderate amount of chicken or salmon
- close and slightly press the sandwich
- cut sandwich into 3 parts and store in container
Serving recommendation
- bring in container to park or have sitting in the car before leaving from daycare
