Pan Fried Salmon

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Salmon pieces

Preparation

  1. thaw Salmon to room temperature
  2. (optional) cut in half to accommodate for more space on the pan
  3. (optional) very lightly salt salmon

Procedure

  1. heat large frying pan on medium heat with a splash of olive oil
  2. place Salmon pieces, skin down on the pan
  3. reduce heat to low
  4. cook each side for 5-6 minutes
  5. once cooked, let rest for 5 minutes

Serving suggestions

  • goes with edamame or peas
