Pan Fried Salmon
Ingredients
- 2-3 Salmon pieces
Preparation
- thaw Salmon to room temperature
- (optional) cut in half to accommodate for more space on the pan
- (optional) very lightly salt salmon
Procedure
- heat large frying pan on medium heat with a splash of olive oil
- place Salmon pieces, skin down on the pan
- reduce heat to low
- cook each side for 5-6 minutes
- once cooked, let rest for 5 minutes
Serving suggestions
- goes with edamame or peas
